School policies and reports
School policies, planning and reports help us meet the needs of our community, improve the quality of teaching and enhance outcomes for all of our students. They include our school plan, annual report, and local school rules. These documents outline our goals, track progress, and set clear expectations to create a safe and supportive environment for every student.
School rules
As well as the NSW Department of Education’s policies, we also have our own school rules. Our rules reflect our school values and expectations. Contact our school to learn more.
Anti-bullying plan
We treat the issue of bullying seriously at Albury High School. Students need to report all incidents of bullying that occur at school. Our Welfare team is dedicated to working with students and parents to resolve any cases of bullying.
We have also created a Responding to Bullying Plan (PDF 1.5 MB)

Understanding school policies
Want to know how things like behaviour, attendance or phone use are handled in NSW public schools?
We follow clear, consistent policies set by the NSW Department of Education. These policies support student learning and wellbeing. School policies help families understand what to expect. They show how we create a safe, fair and supportive environment for every student.
Our school plan
We’re proud to be part of NSW public education. We're committed to helping every student thrive – now and into the future.
Our school plan sets clear goals for learning, wellbeing, student success and excellence. We shape it together with our school community to make sure it reflects our shared priorities and values.
This plan guides the everyday work we do to support your child’s learning and growth. It’s flexible, updated regularly, and helps us stay focused on what matters most – giving every student the best chance to succeed. By working together and aiming high, we’re building a stronger future for our students, our school and our community.

Our annual school report
Each year, we reflect on the progress we’ve made and share it through our annual school report. The report highlights our achievements, challenges and growth. It gives families and our community a clear picture of how we’re tracking. Our annual school report is part of our commitment to being open, accountable and always improving.
