First day of school for year 7 2022

Orientation Day for Year 7 2022 will be held on their first day of school, Tuesday 1 February 2022.

The day will proceed as follows:

• 9:00am - Year 7 students meet in the hall. Prefects and Year 11 mentors will meet students at the Kiewa St school gates and the bus bay and direct them to the hall. Year 7 students will meet senior executive, School Captains, Sport Coordinators and Wellbeing staff, including Anton Planting – Year 7 Adviser.

• 10.00am – 10.20am – Students will be issued with timetables and be supported by Year 10 Mentors to interpret timetables.

• 10.20am - 10.40am – Recess in the Year 7 area. Students will be required to bring recess or money to spend at the canteen.

• 10.40am – 12.00pm – An extended school tour and team building games with Year 11 Mentors.

• 12.00pm – 1.00pm – Lunch in the Year 7 area with Year 11 Mentors, Year 12 Prefects & Year 7 teachers. A BBQ lunch will be provided. Please notify the school of any dietary requirements. Students can purchase food from the canteen.

• 1.00pm – 3.30pm – Getting to know you activities with Year 11 Mentors and Albury Project Staff
